My big girl and I on my 40th birthday! She's "helping" me eat my carrot cake (e.g., eating all the icing and leaving the cake for me). I can't believe she's almost 3 years old now!

October
October is one of my favorite months, not just because it's my birthday month, but because the weather changes to fall and it feels more comfortable. This time around it's a good month because it means we're nearer to meeting Noodle in person -- although I'm physically very uncomfortable, I'm trying to enjoy these last 6 weeks (or less).
